Exit cleaning is one of the services included in your reservation so cleaning before leaving the premises is not necessary.
However, the accommodation must be left in good condition and you must follow the departure instructions you will receive. In particular, you must take out the trash and put the laundry aside.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a hold on your deposit.
Departures take place until 10 a.m. at the latest.
If your check-out is carried out physically with one of our agents, you will need to specify your departure time in order to organize an appointment.
If you check out independently, our local team will give you instructions to follow for handing over the keys upon your departure. Generally, this information is provided upon your arrival, but do not hesitate to contact the concierge who welcomed you the day before your departure if necessary!
The end of your stay is approaching and you must prepare to leave the accommodation.
Here are some instructions to follow before leaving the premises:
You must leave the accommodation no later than 10:00 a.m.
Turn off all lights and electronic devices.
If you are removing the sheets please do not remove the mattress protectors at the same time.
Lock all windows and doors before leaving.
Check that the heaters are completely turned off and/or unplugged.
Check all outlets to make sure no phone charger is left behind.
Throw away or take with you the food or drinks you brought.
Throw away your trash and don't leave dirty dishes.

Late departures can be organized if the availability of accommodation and our local team allows it.
If you wish to leave the accommodation after 10 a.m., you will need to make a late departure request directly through the pre-check-out link that you will receive before the end of your stay.
If your request is accepted you will be able to benefit from a late check-out. Otherwise, you will have to leave the premises at 10 a.m. as planned in your reservation.
Please note that late check-out is an additional paid service.
Renta'Life offers two types of check-in: physical check-in and self-check-in.
In the case of a physical check-in, a Renta'Life concierge will welcome you on the day of your arrival at the accommodation address and at the time that you have previously indicated during your online check-in.
In the case of an independent check-in, you will receive instructions for access to the accommodation automatically from our team before your arrival time. Independent check-ins are carried out in the event that it is impossible to organize a physical check-in.

Late arrivals are generally possible but may incur additional charges in the case of a physical check-in.
These costs amount to:
- 22 euros for arrivals after 9 p.m.
- 44 euros for arrivals after midnight

Self-check-ins do not incur additional fees.
