The declaration of furnished tourist accommodation for main residences is mandatory in Val d'Europe. Seasonal rentals are limited to 120 days per year and the registration number is mandatory on all online advertisements. Once your property is online, you will have to pay the tourist tax.
The first step will be to request authorization for a change of use from the Val d'Europe town hall. The conditions for obtaining authorization differ depending on the status of the applicant:
